ITI is looking for an Accounting Technician to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to provide general accounting support and to support the issuance of monthly financial statements. The person will ensure the analysis of accounts and support other departments of the company as needed. You will report to the CFO and work in collaboration with the finance team.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Produce analysis of various general ledger accounts;
  • Support the Junior Controller in various tasks related to the preparation of divisional and corporate financial statements;
  • Manage inter-company transactions and reconcile the corresponding accounting accounts in the various subsidiaries;
  • Complete and maintain various compilation/reconciliation tables;
  • Collaborate and participate in various tasks for other departments of the finance team;
  • Perform bookkeeping for the ITI Foundation.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • DEC/AEC Accounting/Management or relevant sector;
  • 5 years experience in a similar position;
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting;
  • Knowledge of inter-company management is an asset;
  • Good command of the office suite (Excel, Word, Teams);
  • Excellent French and intermediate English skills.

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Good management of priorities and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
  • Strong team spirit and sense of service;
  • Real capacity to learn and adapt;
  • Autonomy and rigor in taking on the role.
