ITI is looking for a Business Development Manager – Cloud Transformation (Microsoft Azure) who will be in charge of the sales strategy for Microsoft Azure solutions, for the Quebec territory. You will be responsible for growing sales of Azure cloud solutions through cross-selling and new sales. You will report to the Vice-President Solutions and Technologies, and work closely with the sales team.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Define the strategic business plan and coordinate the teams involved;
- Articulate the sales strategy for Microsoft Azure products across different verticals;
- Collaborate with account managers to help them achieve sales objectives by vertical;
- Contribute actively to the management and consistency of customer opportunity information in the CRM tool;
- In collaboration with the Vice-President Solutions and Technologies, recommend, develop and create new, solid and sustainable sales strategies;
- Participate in training account managers on Microsoft Azure solutions;
- Respond to calls for tender in collaboration with its technology pillar;
- Initiate, implement and produce market analysis and marketing activity reports;
- Maintain a level of expertise and skills deemed adequate and essential to its technological pillar, sector of activity and territory.
- Carry out all other related tasks to ensure the commercial success of our product lines.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related specialization ;
- 5 to 10 years’ experience selling Cloud solutions;
- Ability to formulate and implement sales strategies;
- Ability to analyze market and competition;
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written French. An advanced level of English is required to communicate with English-speaking customers;
- Azure certifications an asset;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, an asset.
