ITI is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?
We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant focused on customer relationship excellence to meet the company’s business objectives. The person will support the maintenance and development of customer relationships, with the goal of ensuring quality of service and development of the offering. You will report to the Vice President of Transformation and Services and will work directly with ITI’s business customers.
