ITI is looking for a Developer, Application Support for a permanent position, full-time, telecommunting or hybrid mode as you wish. This is a new position within the Finance and IT Operations team. You will be the point of contact for supporting business application operations, such as ConnectWise and Oracle Netsuite. You will participate in the continuous improvement of the systems in collaboration with members of the Finance and Operations team.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Administer internal business applications, such as ConnectWise and Netsuite (role changes, system operability);
  • Monitor the proper functioning of applications;
  • Act as liaison between users and internal and external support staff in the event of problems involving the multidisciplinary team;
  • Write scripts as required;
  • Provide technical support for applications;
  • Document interventions and projects related to the applications;
  • Participate in the creation of operational procedures and solutions;
  • Participate in testing during application modifications and updates.

What we’re looking for


  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar IT position;
  • Hold a relevant degree in information technology;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, ticketing systems and Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in user support;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French. (The addition of an English-speaking employee will enable the department to continue working with English-speaking employees and suppliers).
