ITI is seeking a Director of Consulting Services – Modern Work Environment to actively contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for a Director of Consulting Services – Modern Work Environment with strategic experience and drive to align the various initiatives with the company’s goals and business needs. The individual will be responsible for a highly skilled team, and will contribute to the growth of the department, the development of the strategy and vision and the innovation of the service model. You will report to the Vice President of Transformation and Services.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate in the development of the strategic plan for the “modern work environment” service (set of components and solutions in terms of collaboration, security and virtualization of workstations and applications, but not limited to them);
  • Make recommendations to management in line with market trends to develop the service offering;
  • Design and execute the service innovation plan through product and service offering development;
  • Manage day-to-day operations (capacity and delivery);
  • Ensure the development of the team’s talent and expertise (certifications);
  • Monitor the performance of the department and make recommendations for optimization and operational improvement;
  • Implement actions to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth running of projects;
  • Maintain high-level relationships with clients and manage business development activities.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a technology environment, ideally in a modern work environment (cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in team management
  • Recognized for your business development acumen
  • Have a university education in a relevant discipline
  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written (essential)
  • Demonstrate concrete achievements related to the mobilization of growing teams, service development, and technology projects
