ITI is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to align the various initiatives with the company’s objectives and needs. The person will support managers in the growth and change management of their teams. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources but your main role will be to work closely with the members of the management team outside of Quebec.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team and the executive team on the implementation of innovative and inclusive human resources strategies;
  • Provide day-to-day performance management advice to various members of management whether through coaching or consulting related to performance management, workforce planning, talent management, diversity and inclusion;
  • Assist managers in managing team, people and change issues;
  • Work closely with management to improve the employee experience, increase team productivity and talent development to focus on positive employee retention;
  • Participate in the development of the employer brand and reinforce the culture and values of ITI;
  • Facilitate the transition and integration of new business acquisitions into ITI;
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance;
  • Keep abreast of new trends related to the various human resources programs.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role supporting a President or senior executive of a company;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline;
  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written (essential);
  • Be a member of the College of Human Resources Advisors;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite;
  • Experience in the design, delivery and deployment of human resources programs.
