Human Resources Coordinator (16 months contract)

ITI is looking for a full-time remote Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resources Department for a period of 16 months, due to a maternity leave.

We are looking for a well-equipped and results-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to contribute to various initiatives in line with the company’s objectives. The person will support the HR team as well as the company’s managers in the completion of the HR cycle and its programs. As a Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Talent Culture and be part of a dynamic team serving the company’s human resources needs.

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with members of the HR team, you will be responsible for :

• Ensure the processing of administrative operations related to the recruitment, hiring and integration of personnel;
• Ensure the follow-up of the necessary documentation for all employee life events (illness, parental leave, retirement, promotion);
• Organize meetings and update the team’s collaboration tools;
• Ensure compliance of immigration files;
• Update the intranet with new policies, announcements and changes to the organizational chart;
• Coordinate company HR events and training activities;
• Manage work accident files, the health and safety committee and collaborate with the prevention mutual.
• Provide support to employees regarding benefits and HR policies.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in Human Resources.
• University degree in human resources or a relevant discipline
• Effective communication in French and English
• Proficiency in the Office suite
