ITI is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for a well-equipped and results-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to contribute to various initiatives in line with the company’s objectives. The person will support the HR team as well as the company’s managers in the completion of the HR cycle and its programs. As a Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Talent Culture and be part of a dynamic team serving the company’s human resources needs.

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with members of the HR team, you will be responsible for :

  • Ensure the processing of administrative operations related to the recruitment, hiring and integration of personnel;
  • Ensure the follow-up of the necessary documentation for all employee life events (illness, parental leave, retirement, promotion);
  • Organize meetings and update the team’s collaboration tools;
  • Ensure compliance of immigration files;
  • Update the intranet with new policies, announcements and changes to the organizational chart;
  • Coordinate company HR events and training activities;
  • Manage work accident files, the health and safety committee and collaborate with the prevention mutual;
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits and HR policies.

  • You like to be productive and perform a variety of tasks, you are known for your proactivity and your ease with office automation tools;
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and enjoy using tools like Smartsheet;
  • You care about the quality and accuracy of your written communications, in French or in English;
  • You want to work closely with an experienced team and are looking for a professional development opportunity.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in Human Resources;
  • University degree in human resources or a relevant discipline;
  • Effective communication in French and English;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite.

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness;
