ITI is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as a leader in IT in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to provide local service to ITI customers, responding quickly to their needs while offering a range of products and services. Your role will be to achieve ITI’s business development objectives and deliver a high-level customer experience.

You will report to the Director of Sales Operations and work in collaboration with the Account Manager to define and execute a development plan for the customers they serve and ensure their satisfaction.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers in your territory to increase sales ;
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors and manufacturers in your territory to propose solutions to your customers under the best sales conditions ;
  • Advise customers on product selection and respond to their requests by telephone, e-mail or videoconference ;
  • Solicit and propose solutions resold and supported by ITI to customers ;
  • Prepare and transmit quotations to customers and ensure follow-up ;
  • Complete opportunity registrations with ITI’s manufacturing partners ;
  • Research products, prices, delivery times, additional discounts, etc. with suppliers and manufacturers ;
  • Handle complaints, identify possible solutions, resolve issues or refer to upper management when necessary ;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction after delivery ;
  • Share customer information with the Account Manager and act as a reference for him/her.

What we’re looking for


  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in IT ;
  • Good knowledge of IT solutions available on the market ;
  • Effective oral and written communication in French and English. An advanced level of English is required to communicate with our English-speaking distributors and manufacturers ;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities ;
  • Strong communication skills ;
  • Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously ;
  • Interpersonal and persuasive skills ;
