ITI is looking for an IT Solutions Architect to actively contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for an IT Solutions Architect (networking and security) who will be responsible for identifying customer needs in order to define, design and propose innovative technology infrastructure solutions that are well adapted to their needs. You will be required to establish the best recommendations in relation to the implementation of the various proposed solutions. You will be in frequent contact with customers to analyze their needs, identify possible solutions and propose adapted service offers. In this process, you will work closely with the Sales Representatives and Account Managers (corporate and government). As part of a team of 8 IT Solution Architects, you will report to the VP Solutions and Technologies.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

• Identify the needs and requirements of the client, taking into account the evaluation of various possibilities in order to propose the best possible solution;
• Demonstrate expertise in your field of expertise by acting as a key strategic advisor to customers and to external account managers in the sales department;
• Participate in the market’s technological watch in relation to his field of expertise and make recommendations within his group and to the various leaders in order to identify promising solutions for the future;
• Develop new expertise in relation to his/her field of competence and actively participate in the achievement of certification and training objectives established with his/her superior;
• Ensure and maintain relationships with ITI’s strategic suppliers in order to assist and contribute to the development of various solutions.

What we’re looking for

Profile

• Have 5 years of experience as a Technology Solutions Architect;
• Eperience in pre-sales of complex solutions;
• Demonstrate extensive experience in networking and cybersecurity solutions;
• Strong knowledge of Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco and wireless networks;
• Have a university degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field;
• Fluency in French and English is required. (Communication with English-speaking Ti partners)
