ITI is looking for a Microsoft Azure Specialist to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as a leader in IT in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for a Microsoft Azure Specialist who will be involved in internal initiatives and external mandates with our customers. The person will be responsible for the deployment of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions. The person will contribute through effective presentations and technical demonstrations, clearly communicating the business and technical benefits associated with transitions to Cloud infrastructure services. You will report to the Director of Cloud Consulting and Transformation and work collaboratively with multiple teams within ITI.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for :

  • Proposing coherent solutions while taking into account the needs of organizations based on the architecture and constraints to be respected in the integration of Microsoft Azure environments ;
  • Perform basic audits and preliminary analyses based on the current situation of our customers’ data centers ;
  • Understand the issues involved in transitions to Microsoft Azure, and be creative and innovative in developing different integration and migration scenarios to propose to our customers ;
  • Carry out all activities required for the transition to a native or hybrid Cloud environment ;
  • Respond to the various security issues associated with the integration of Cloud infrastructure environments ;
  • Develop strategies related to testing, training, implementation, etc. ;
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and modernization of existing systems, as well as the path towards these changes ;
  • Support our customers’ technical staff in resolving architectural or operational problems in Cloud environments ;
  • Perform other related tasks.

  • Ability to evaluate and manage large-scale technical projects ;
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory ;
  • Knowledge of a cloud service (Azure, AWS or GCP) a plus ;
  • Effective oral and written communication in French and English. An advanced level of English is required to communicate with our English-speaking clients.
