ITI is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible of the operational efficiency of a project and the follow-up of tactical operations in accordance with the project charter for the execution of deliverables. The Project Coordinator will collaborate and follow guidelines established by the Project Manager to ensure conformity with our customer’s expectations and pre-established project standards. You will report to the General Manager, Connection and Service Operations.

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with members of the project office team, you will be responsible for :  

  • Coordinate service delivery activities and ensure day-to-day operational fluidity with technical and professional services teams;
  • Plan, manage and maintain the schedule of service activities and interventions related to the various projects;
  • Validate and ensure that all prerequisites are available prior to project start-up;
  • Ensure compliance of project invoicing and pricing terms with service department stakeholders;
  • Participate and collaborate in project follow-up meetings and communicate relevant information to technical resources;
  • Ensure that service interventions are properly documented and adhere to project terms and conditions;
  • Provide time, project progress and other reports to project managers;
  • Inform and communicate to his/her project manager any execution deviations, issues or late deliveries that could have a significant impact on project delivery, project profitability and customer satisfaction and experience.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Have 5 years of experience in project coordination;
  • Excell in interpersonal communication skills;
  • Be experienced in reporting, documentation and follow-up;
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Human qualities

  • Good sense of priorities and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Team spirit and sense of customer service;
  • Autonomy and rigor in performing the role
