ITI is looking for a Senior IT Manager to assume the leadership of information technology for all of the company’s internal teams. The company is growing and the need for IT tools and solutions is increasing. Committed to a digital transformation, ITI is looking for a leader with an innovative vision of user needs.

ITI wishes to evolve its technological offering and offer its employees high-performance, secure, innovative and reliable solutions. In addition to delivering a master plan to achieve these goals, as a Senior IT Manager, you will actively contribute to major technology projects, and ensure the deployment, operations and maintenance of all new systems.

Your role at ITI

Working with the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, and the three experienced professionals on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering a strategic IT plan covering analysis of existing systems and recommendations for improvements, infrastructure, IT services, process efficiencies, security and data protection;
  • Work with various departments (operations, marketing, sales, finance, HR, etc.) to identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve services offered at ITI;
  • Oversee IT operations, including IT project management, analysis, milestone control, implementation and change management;
  • Create and implement IT policies and procedures that effectively manage security and risk;
  • Monitor recent or emerging trends and technologies that offer clear benefits to the organization, and implement appropriate technologies to support and improve business communications and end-user productivity;
  • Plan the short, medium and long term development of information technologies, taking into account the evolution of the teams and the strategic direction of the company.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management in a corporate environment with significant team management skills;
  • A background in information technology or a relevant field;
  • Must be fluently bilingual, both written and spoken;
  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft environment;
  • Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard will be considered an asset.
