ITI is currently searching for a Service Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position to join the Transformation and Services team. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support. The person will ensure the reception of service calls and assign technical resources. In addition, the person will act as an operational analyst and support the team in the production of charts, reports, billing and grant applications. He/she will report to the General Manager, Connection and Service Operations.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Receive and manage service calls, assign them to the various specialists and ensure follow-up ;
  • Receive requests via the service mailbox as well as personal mailbox, by phone and through the service request system ;
  • Follow up tickets with the Managed Services team ;
  • Handle subcontractor invoicing ;
  • Place orders through the manufacturing system and ensure follow-up ;
  • Generate weekly reports for all technicians and architects ;
  • All other related tasks.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Possess a DEP / AEC in a relevant field
  • 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Good command of the office suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Excellent skills in French and intermediate English

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good management of priorities and ability to manage several files simultaneously
  • Strong team spirit and sense of service
  • Real capacity to learn and adapt
  • Autonomy and rigor in taking on the role
