ITI is currently searching for a Service Coordinator and Data Analysis for a permanent, full-time position to join the Transformation and Services team. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as an IT leader in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?

We are looking for a Service Coordinator and Data Analysis to provide administrative and logistical support. The person will ensure the reception of service calls and assign technical resources. In addition, the person will act as an operational analyst and support the team in the production of charts, reports, billing and grant applications. He/she will report to the General Manager, Connection and Service Operations.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Receive and manage service calls, assign them to different specialists and do follow-ups
  • Receive requests via the service email box as well as the personal mailbox, the phone and the service request system;
  • Follow up on tickets with the Managed Services team;
  • Take care of subcontractor invoicing;
  • Validate time sheets and generate weekly reports for all technicians and architects;
  • Produce charts and graphs for internal control and data analysis purposes;
  • Any other related tasks.

What we’re looking for


  • Possess a DEP / AEC in a relevant field;
  • 3 years experience in a similar position;
  • Good command of the office suite (Excel, Word, Teams);
  • Excellent skills in French and intermediate English.

  • Good management of priorities and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
  • Strong team spirit and sense of service;
