ITI is seeking a Specialist, sales, Azure to join our Microsoft Solutions team across various industries, for a variety of customer sizes, in North America.

You will be responsible for developing digital transformation strategies with customers, leading consulting conversations and collaborating internally to create significant customer value and achieve digital transformation through cloud computing.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:  

  • Understand customers’ needs, identify Azure services to meet them and present services to customers;
  • Create offers and negotiate contracts;
  • In collaboration with the Microsoft Solutions Director, develop and create Azure sales strategies;
  • Train account managers on Azure services;
  • Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to help them achieve their objectives;
  • Actively contribute to the management and consistency of customer opportunity information in the CRM tool;
  • Develop his/her level of expertise and competence in Azure services on a continuous basis;
  • Perform all other related tasks to ensure the commercial success of our Azure services.

What we’re looking for


  • 5 years experience in technology sales or account management;
  • 3 years’ experience selling Azure services;
  • Ability to formulate and implement sales strategies;
  • Ability to analyze market and competition;
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French. An advanced level of English is required to communicate with English-speaking customers;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem;
  • Possess Azure certifications, an asset.
