ITI is looking for a System and Network Administrator to actively contribute to the evolution of our company. Although ITI has been in existence for over 30 years, we continue to evolve as a leader in IT in Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?
We are looking for an experienced System and Network Administrator to manage ITI’s internal infrastructure. The person will be involved in various projects and will participate in the development and improvement of internal IT services. You will work in a team with different experts in a sharing and collaborative way. You will report to the IT Director.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Maintain and manage the internal infrastructure;
- Collaborate in the technical implementation of system enhancements;
- Take charge of the level 3 escalation for our IT support team;
- Develop a diagnosis and advise the user;
- Qualify incidents and escalate or reassign, if necessary, to the right people and/or departments;
- Participate in process optimization;
- Participate in internal special projects;
- Keep up to date on the different technologies through training.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft environments: Windows Server operating systems and workstations – Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud technologies
- Be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere
- Knowledge of server and SAN environments and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Fortinet products, including FortiGate
- Asset: Knowledge of Commvault solutions
- Asset: Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, ISO 27001 and ConnectWise
- Asset: Knowledge of Cisco and Meraki
- Asset: Knowledge and ability to automate tasks (PowerShell…)
