Transforming Work with Microsoft Copilot
A large institutional investment organization deployed Microsoft Copilot to accelerate analysis, reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, and harmonize ways of working across highly specialized teams. Our support went beyond license activation: a structured rollout, practical use cases, and a clear governance framework helped drive adoption and deliver quick wins.
Challenges
Deploying Copilot had to be done in a context where realities varied significantly from one team to another, with high governance and rigor requirements. The main challenge was not the tool, but adoption: clarifying relevant use cases, raising the digital maturity of heterogeneous groups, and reducing time lost on low-value tasks (drafting, research, preparing deliverables).
The objective was therefore to integrate AI in a consistent and secure way into work practices: align Copilot with business objectives, establish common reference points, and implement a framework for responsible and compliant use.
Solution and Approach
We implemented a structured deployment program for Copilot for Microsoft 365, centered on business needs and user enablement—from initial alignment through post-deployment support.
- Phased rollout to secure adoption and capture learnings
- Targeted workshops by role and function (business teams, analysts, management, support teams)
- Definition of practical use cases grounded in teams’ day-to-day work
- Implementation of a governance, security, and responsible AI framework
- Creation of guides and reference materials tailored to different user profiles
- Ongoing, iterative support to optimize usage after launch
We didn’t just deploy a tool. We structured a new way of working around it.
Results
Thanks to an approach focused on usage and governance, the client achieved quick wins while laying a solid foundation to scale AI more broadly.
- Increased Copilot adoption, supported by relevant role-based use cases
- Time savings in drafting, information research, and deliverable preparation
- Improved consistency and quality of produced documents
- Demystified AI for less technical users, with practical reference points
- Secure use aligned with governance requirements
- A scalable foundation for future expansion of AI capabilities and industrialization of practices
The time savings were immediate, but the real impact was improved consistency and quality.
