ITI is seeking a full-time, permanent Account Manager to join our sales team, serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). 

Your role as Account Manager will be to market ITI’s full range of products and services to existing and developing customers. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Represent ITI’s full range of solutions and services in a designated territory; 
  • Ensure coverage of assigned territory and develop new accounts; 
  • Assess and understand customers’ business needs in order to develop appropriate sales strategies; 
  • Build and maintain business relationships with key customer executives; 
  • Collaborate and work as a team with various internal and external resources (business partners); 
  • Develop and explore new business opportunities within assigned territory; 
  • Prepare customer presentations and proposals; 
  • Document activities in internal CRM.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • At least 5 years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, creating and executing a territory management plan; 
  • Experience in the technology field; 
  • Knowledge of the commercial (corporate) market;  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. The ability to communicate in English is necessary to collaborate with English-speaking customers and/or stakeholders located in Toronto. Verbal and written communications in French is an asset; 
  • Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
