ITI is seeking an Account Manager for a permanent, full-time position to join our External Sales team. 

As an Account Manager, your role will be to market ITI’s full range of products and services to existing and developing public sector and education customers such as Universities within the province of Quebec. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Represent ITI’s full portfolio of solutions and services; 
  • Manage the assigned territory and develop new client accounts; 
  • Assess and understand clients’ business needs to develop tailored sales strategies; 
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customer executives; 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including manufacturers; 
  • Prepare client presentations and respond to RFPs; 
  • Ensure accurate documentation of activities in the internal CRM and maintain up-to-date opportunity records.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 3 to 5 years’ of experience in a sales role within the information technology sector; 
  • Experience in public sector IT sales is considered an asset; 
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system; 
  • Access to a personal vehicule and a valid driver’s license (mandatory);  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French. Functional proficiency in English is required to interact with certain English-speaking stakeholders, such as manufacturers based in Ontario.
