ITI is looking for an Account Managededicated to ministries and public-sector organizations based in Québec City. This full-time permanent position aims to support, develop, and grow existing business relationships within the public sector. Your role will be to market ITI’s full range of solutions and services in close collaboration with our team of external account directors as well as with our manufacturing partners. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Representing ITI’s full portfolio of solutions and services to ministerial clients; 
  • Ensuring coverage of the assigned territory and actively contributing to the development of new accounts; 
  • Analyzing and understanding clients’ business needs in order to propose tailored, value-added sales strategies; 
  • Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client accounts; 
  • Proactively engaging with existing clients to identify and seize new business opportunities; 
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, including manufacturers, to optimize proposed solutions; 
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations, as well as participating in the drafting and follow-up of public RFPs; 
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through the attainment and ongoing maintenance of manufacturer certifications; 
  • Documenting activities in the internal CRM and ensuring continuous updates of opportunities.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales role within the information technology sector; 
  • Experience selling IT solutions to the public sector is considered a strong asset; 
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system; 
  • Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (occasional travel to Québec City required);  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French. Functional proficiency in English is required to interact with certain English-speaking stakeholders, including manufacturers located outside Québec.
