Democratize Data with us
At ITI, we help organizations unlock the full value of their data. We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Data & AI Consulting team and play a key role in designing and implementing modern, high-performance data solutions for our clients.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their business needs and technical environment, and architect the right data solutions to support their goals. You’ll collaborate with our internal team and technology partners to design, build, and evolve the data services and offerings that power our customers’ analytics and AI capabilities.
Your work will focus on building secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based data platforms—primarily on Microsoft Synapse, Fabric, and Azure Databricks—that not only drive insights today but also enable the next generation of AI workloads.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, competitive benefits, and a culture built on innovation, collaboration, and well-being, where your expertise helps shape the future of data and AI.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:

- Prepare, transform, and model data using SQL and data transformation tools (e.g., Fabric Dataflows / Lakehouse SQL / dbt / Synapse pipelines);
- Develop and maintain semantic models to support self-service analytics in Power BI;
- Build intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring they reflect business definitions and KPIs accurately;
- Apply data quality checks and follow best practices for documentation, versioning, and maintainability of data assets;
- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and data scientists to ensure datasets are well-governed, understood, and ready for use across teams;
- Support end-users by enabling adoption of dashboards and self-service capabilities (training, office hours, data literacy support);
- Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline data processes or enhance reporting assets;
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation (data dictionaries, model diagrams, business definitions, report guides) to support maintainability and knowledge sharing;
- Stay current with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and industry best practices to support ongoing improvements to the analytics environment.
This position is for you if…
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration are key;
- You are passionate about staying ahead of the curve in data engineering and cloud technologies;
- You enjoy solving complex problems and turning data into actionable insights;
