ITI is looking for a Director, consulting services – Modern Workplace, known for their strategic vision, inspiring leadership, and ability to turn business ambitions into tangible results. Reporting to the Principal Director of Services, you will lead the execution of the division’s business plan, ensure team performance and development, and actively contribute to the evolution of Microsoft 365 services and modern workplace technologies.
You will play a key role in shaping the technological vision, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing vendors, and achieving performance objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, support growth, and build a sustainable service model aligned with ITI’s evolving business needs.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Modern Workplace division (including collaboration, security, desktop and application virtualization);
- Oversee the operational management of the service: delivery capacity, quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope;
- Manage the financial performance of the team, including utilization rates, financial statements, and margin;
- Lead a bilingual team by adapting leadership and strategies to the commercial specificities of both francophone and anglophone markets;
- Provide guidance to integration and detailed architecture consultants, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables;
- Manage team performance by organizing work, offering continuous feedback, and fostering talent development through training and certifications;
- Define hiring needs based on operational requirements and department utilization rates;
- Provide strategic recommendations aligned with market trends and business needs to evolve the service offering;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and recommend optimal technology solutions;
- Monitor service performance and make recommendations for operational improvements and optimizations;
- Stay up to date with technological innovation trends, conduct strategic watch activities, and collaborate with the technology steering committee to evolve the service vision;
- Implement concrete actions to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution;
- Perform any other related tasks that support the growth, quality, and innovation of the service.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT management role, specifically in modern workplace environments;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies and innovation plans;
- Recognized for your business development skills and ability to build strong relationships;
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written (required to communicate with our English-speaking clients, vendors, and employees);
- Concrete achievements in team mobilization, service development, and management of technology projects;
- University degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field – an asset;
- Microsoft 365 certifications or other relevant technical certifications – an asset;
- Experience in consulting services or IT service delivery – an asset.
