ITI is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple technology projects, such as cloud migration, modern workplace environment projects, and networking projects. You will ensure planning and smooth daily operations, guaranteeing quality, scheduling, and optimal resource management. This role covers projects for clients across Canada. You will report to the General Manager, Technical Services and Service Operations. 

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with the PMO team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Contribute to the development of business relationships by building trust with clients and business partners; 
  • Coordinate the work of the project team, ensuring compliance with timelines and planned resources; 
  • Ensure close follow-up with clients throughout the project’s progress; 
  • Advise and support clients in strategic decisions (risk management, decision register); 
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for project and service tenders; 
  • Provide exceptional customer service; 
  • Maintain budgets and ensure project profitability; 
  • Establish a project plan including scope of work and deliverables; 
  • Supervise, train and mobilize the project team; 
  • Implement best practices in project management.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role; 
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing team; 
  • Strong ability to build long-term relationships with external clients; 
  • Skill in achieving project management objectives; 
  • Good command of Microsoft 365/MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ConnectWise Manage, Netsuite – an asset; 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French, with an advance level of English. (The addition of a bilingual employee will allow the department to continue serving English-speaking clients based in Ontario).
