ITI is seeking a Specialist, Sales & Adoption, GenAI Solutions to join our Microsoft Sales team. This techno-functional role is focused on accelerating Microsoft 365 Copilot license sales, delivering Microsoft-funded enablement programs, and leading internal adoption initiatives across various industries and customer sizes in North America. 

You will be responsible for articulating the value of Copilot, guiding customers through licensing and ROI discussions, executing strategic co-funded programs, and championing Copilot internally to drive productivity and transformational outcomes. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Articulating the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot to customers and prospects and guiding them through licensing options and ROI discussions; 
  • Leading the delivery of Microsoft-funded Copilot programs, including Jumpstart workshops, scenario walkthroughs, and prompt engineering sessions; 
  • In collaboration with the Microsoft Sales Leader, develop and create Copilot sales strategies; 
  • Acting as the internal Copilot Champion by training ITI teams, running enablement sessions, and fostering a community of Copilot advocates; 
  • Tracking adoption metrics and program impact using tools like Microsoft Partner Center and the Copilot Dashboard; 
  • Continuously developing your expertise in AI-powered productivity tools and staying aligned with Microsoft’s evolving Copilot strategy; 
  • Performing all other related tasks to ensure the commercial success and internal adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions.

  • You are a collaborative team player who works closely with account managers, Microsoft team, and delivery teams; 
  • You are proactive, organized, and comfortable using tools like Partner Center and dashboards to track success; 
  • You are eager to champion Copilot internally, helping colleagues adopt and benefit from the technology. 

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing consulting roles. 
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, ideally with exposure to Copilot or AI-powered productivity tools; 
  • Strong ability to articulate business value, build ROI cases, and guide customers through licensing and adoption strategies; 
  • Experience delivering Microsoft-funded programs (e.g., workshops) is a strong asset; 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead both customer-facing and internal enablement sessions; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables) 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and Microsoft partners; 
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) to support bilingual clients engagements across Canada; 
  • Hold Microsoft certifications related to Modern Work or AI are considered an asset.
