ITI is looking for an experienced Level 3 IT Technician specialized in M365 to join the Managed Services team. The individual will provide remote technical support to ITI’s clients and respond to various IT expertise requests. You will work collaboratively with technicians of different expertise levels, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork. You will report to the Manager, Network Infrastructure and Managed Services.
Your role at ITI
In collaboration with our dynamic team of 15 technicians, you will be responsible for :
- Providing high-quality third-level support to users for all technologies used within the organization in M365 and basic Azure environments, as part of incident and problem resolution;
- Maintaining our clients’ M365 environments;
- Supporting the technological developments of platforms;
- Contributing to the implementation of new services;
- Participating in the continuous improvement of services and security;
- Consolidating and integrating infrastructure;
- Assisting technicians who provide second-level support;
- Taking part in platform evolution and continuous improvement, including operational maintenance, automating recurring tasks through PowerShell scripting, and managing incidents and user requests;
- Performing technical audits and technological analyzes, ensuring compliance and security of our solutions;
- Carrying out installation and commissioning for clients;
- Approving regular changes and validating pre-approved changes;
- Responding to compliance and security requests;
- Engaging in continuous learning of new technologies;
- Perform any other related tasks.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in technical support or managed services;
- Be proficient in Microsoft environments: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Defender;
- Hold the Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator certification;
- Hold the MS‑900 certification; any additional networking certification is an asset;
- Have a strong knowledge of Windows Servers 2016 and 2019;
- Demonstrate good practices and knowledge of ITIL (certification or experience is an asset);
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required. Proficiency in English is also necessary solely to support our English‑speaking clients and employees, primarily located in Ontario.
