ITI is looking for a Senior Director of Services for permanent full-time position. This role is hybrid and requires an on-site presence at the home office (located in Laval or Quebec city, depending on your location) two days a week. You will be responsible for leading highly skilled teams and ensuring the delivery of quality projects to our clients. You will oversee professional services, managed services, the project office, as well as technical services, ensuring effective management and optimal coordination of activities. You will report to the Vice President of Services and work closely with the directors of each respective team.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute the strategic plan aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Develop a differentiated and standardized delivery methodology and train the teams.
• Optimize operations and implement modern project delivery methods to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance indicators and make recommendations to optimize operations.
• Ensure skill development and engage teams in change management.
• Together with the directors, oversee the financial results of all service teams.
• Provide recommendations aligned with market trends to develop service offerings and delivery methods.
• Ensure collaboration between service teams and monitor financial results.
• Oversee government programs such as CDAE and RSDE.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science or equivalent relevant experience;
• Possess 10 years of team management experience in the technology sector;
• Demonstrate concrete achievements related to team mobilization in growth, service development, and technology projects;
• Have basic knowledge of accounting and finance;
• Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written. (Adding an employee proficient in English will enable the department to continue its activities with English-speaking employees and stakeholders based in Ontario).
