ITI is seeking a Sales Specialist, DCI to join our Data Center & Infrastructure team across various industries, for a variety of customer sizes, in North America.

You will be responsible for developing digital transformation strategies with customers, leading consulting conversations and collaborating internally to create significant customer value and achieve digital transformation through the hybrid cloud approach. You will report to the Director, Business Development, Data Center.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Understand customers’ needs, identify Data Center transformation business development opportunities and position ITI’s Value Proposition to customers;
  • Grow existing customer base and acquire net new logo accounts;
  • In collaboration with the Data Center and Infrastructure Sales Leader, develop and execute DCI sales strategies and sales plays;
  • Provide mindshare to account managers on ITI’s DCI Value Proposition and specific sales plays;
  • Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to help them achieve their objectives;
  • Actively contribute to the management and consistency of customer opportunity information in the CRM tool;
  • Develop his/her level of expertise and competence regarding the DCI practice on a continuous basis;
  • Perform all other related tasks to ensure the commercial success of the DCI technology pillar.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 10 years experience in technology sales or account management;
  • 5 years’ experience selling Data Center and Infrastructure Solutions;
  • Ability to formulate and implement sales strategies;
  • Ability to analyze market and competition;
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
  • An advanced level of English is required to communicate with English-speaking customers;
  • OEM Vendors and Manufacturers certifications, an asset.
