Join us in making IT more accessible
ITI is looking for a Level 3 technician to join our Managed Services team. The individual will be mobilized to provide remote technical support to ITI customers and respond to requests for IT expertise. You will work as part of a team with Technicians of different levels of expertise in a sharing and collaborative manner. You will report to the Manager of Managed Services.
Your role at ITI
In collaboration with our dynamic team of 18 technicians, you will be responsible for :
- Provide high-quality third-level support to users for all technologies used by the organization within M365 and basic Azure environments, as part of incident and problem resolution;
- Maintain the M365 environments of our clients;
- Support the technological developments of platforms;
- Contribute to the implementation of new services;
- Work on the continuous improvement of services and security;
- Consolidate and integrate infrastructure;
- Assist technicians providing second-level support;
- Participate in continuous improvement and evolution: ensure operational readiness, automate recurring tasks using PowerShell scripting, and manage user incidents and requests;
- Conduct technical audits and technological analyzes, ensuring compliance and security of our solutions;
- Perform installations and commissioning for clients;
- Approve regular changes and validate pre-approved changes;
- Support the asset owner and architects in technology evolution by maintaining a record of deviations, identifying necessary developments, and analyzing asset health;
- Address compliance and security requests;
- Engage in continuous learning of new technologies;
- Perform any other related tasks.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Be proficient in Office 365, Exchange, AD, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Defender environments;
- Have a strong knowledge of Windows Servers 2016 and 2019;
- Have experience in managing compliance rules;
- Demonstrate good practices and knowledge of ITIL (an asset);
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
(Adding an employee proficient in English will allow the department to continue its activities with English-speaking clients and employees based in Ontario.).
