ITI is looking for an IT Solutions Architect specializing in Networking and Cybersecurity to help our clients design innovative, high-performing technology solutions tailored to their business challenges. 

More than an architect, we are looking for a trusted advisor who can understand client needs, translate complex technical concepts into business value, and recommend the best solutions to support their growth and digital transformation. 

On a daily basis, you will work closely with our Account Managers and technical specialists to design and position scalable solutions for corporate and public sector clients. You will join a team of 10 IT Solutions Architects and report directly to the Vice President, Solutions and Technologies. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:    

• Analyzing client requirements and recommending technology solutions that best align with their business realities; 
• Demonstrating expertise within your area of specialization by acting as a technical and strategic advisor to both clients and members of the sales team; 
• Monitoring technology trends and market developments related to your field of expertise and providing recommendations to support the evolution of our offerings; 
• Developing new technical competencies and actively pursuing training and certification objectives established with your manager; 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with ITI’s strategic technology partners to contribute to the growth and enhancement of our service offerings and technology solutions.

• You enjoy presenting solutions, influencing decisions, and guiding clients through their technology transformation initiatives. 

What we’re looking for

Profile

• Strong expertise in networking and cybersecurity, with the ability to design, position, and recommend IT architectures that address business challenges and organizational needs; 
• Expertise with technologies and solutions from Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and HPE Aruba; 
• Relevant certifications related to these technologies are considered a strong asset; 
• 5 years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar advisory/consulting role is considered an asset; 
• University degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field; 
• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, in order to interact with English-speaking clients, partners, and vendors, as well as participate in industry training sessions, events, and conferences.
