ITI is seeking an Account Manager for a permanent, full-time position to join our External Sales team.

Your role as Account Manager will be to market ITI’s full range of products and services to existing and developing public sector and education customers such as Universities within the province of Quebec.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Represent ITI’s full range of solutions and services in a designated territory;
  • Ensure coverage of assigned territory and develop new accounts;
  • Assess and understand customers’ business needs in order to develop appropriate sales strategies;
  • Build and maintain business relationships with key customer executives;
  • Collaborate and work as a team with various internal and external resources (business partners);
  • Develop and explore new business opportunities within assigned territory;
  • Prepare customer presentations;
  • Document activities in internal CRM.

What we’re looking for


  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar IT position;
  • Sales experience in the public and education sectors;
  • CRM skills;
  • Technology experience required;
  • Knowledge of the public market;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English. The addition of an English-speaking employee will enable the department to pursue its activities and adequately serve English-speaking customers.
