Join ITI and help drive the digital transformation of key public sector organizations across Quebec. As an Account Manager, Public Sector, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of strategic clients by representing the full range of ITI’s solutions and services.
You will leverage your expertise in IT sales, your understanding of the public sector environment, and your ability to build trusted relationships to support clients in achieving their technology initiatives.
Supported by our team of experts and network of manufacturing partners, you will play a key role in ITI’s continued growth within this market.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Representing ITI’s full portfolio of solutions and services to public sector clients;
- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying new business opportunities within existing client organizations;
- Ensuring effective territory coverage and maintaining an active presence with key decision-makers;
- Analyzing clients’ business needs and recommending technology solutions that deliver measurable value;
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders;
- Working closely with presales teams, technical specialists, and manufacturing partners to develop effective sales strategies;
- Participating in activities related to public tenders, standing offers, master agreements, and other public procurement mechanisms;
- Preparing and delivering proposals, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients;
- Maintaining accurate opportunity tracking, sales activities, and forecasting within the CRM system;
- Staying current on technology trends, market solutions, and the public sector ecosystem.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience selling IT solutions;
- Experience working with public sector clients (municipal, education, or government organizations);
- Knowledge of public procurement processes, tenders, and standing offers/master agreements is considered a strong asset;
- Experience developing and managing strategic accounts, including both new business acquisition and account growth;
- Ability to understand clients’ business challenges and recommend value-added solutions;
- Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline;
- Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional travel within the Greater Montreal and South Shore territory;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French;
- Functional English proficiency required to interact with English-speaking manufacturing partners and business stakeholders.
