Pre-Sales Solutions Architect – Microsoft Specialist

ITI is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect – Microsoft Specialist to help accelerate the growth of our expanded Microsoft practice, drive services revenue, and support clients in designing customized, modern, secure solutions that are aligned with their business and technology priorities. 

Reporting to the Solutions & Technologies team, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients, Account Managers, and delivery teams. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, qualifying client needs, designing Microsoft-based architectures, preparing high-value proposals, and clearly demonstrating the business impact of the recommended solutions. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Supporting Account Managers with pre-sales activities, opportunity qualification, business development, and Microsoft solution positioning to actively contribute to practice revenue growth; 
  • Leading discovery workshops to understand clients’ business, technical, operational, security, and compliance challenges while identifying value drivers, investment priorities, and related business opportunities; 
  • Designing and recommending Microsoft solution architectures, including the following innovative technologies:  
    • Microsoft Azure AI 
    • Microsoft 365 Modern Work 
    • Cloud Security & Threat Protection 
    • Identity and Access Management 
    • Data Modernization (Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Fabric) 
    • Artificial Intelligence (Copilot, Frontier, Agentic 365) 
  • Developing migration, modernization, governance, cost optimization, and security strategies for Microsoft environments; 
  • Presenting value propositions, target architectures, effort estimates, statements of work, and technical responses to RFPs; 
  • Delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions to both technical and executive stakeholders; 
  • Collaborating with Microsoft partners and internal architecture, delivery, managed services, and cybersecurity teams to ensure solution alignment; 
  • Contributing to the evolution of ITI’s Microsoft portfolio, go-to-market initiatives, identification of new service offerings, and development of reusable sales and knowledge assets that support business growth; 
  • Ensuring a clear and structured transition of won opportunities to delivery teams to enable efficient project execution; 
  • Maintaining an active understanding of Microsoft ecosystem innovations, best practices, certifications, and programs.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, consulting services, technical pre-sales, or Microsoft solution design; 
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales for complex solutions, including client discovery, opportunity qualification, architecture design, effort estimation, proposal development, and business growth initiatives; 
  • Strong expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Power Platform, Copilot, Data & AI solutions; 
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, governance, migration, cost optimization, and compliance frameworks; 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, secure, scalable technology solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices; 
  • Experience preparing RFP responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and executive-level presentations; 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, architecture, delivery, managed services, cybersecurity teams, and technology partners; 
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, to collaborate with English-speaking clients and partners; 
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Power Platform certifications, or Data & AI certifications are considered strong assets; 
  • Experience working within an MSP, systems integrator, consulting firm, or professional services environment is an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, technological curiosity, and a commitment to staying at the forefront of the Microsoft ecosystem.
