Help Transform Public Sector Organizations Through Technology 

ITI is looking for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in the public sector. In this role, you will support public and municipal organizations in identifying technology solutions that align with their business challenges and objectives. 

Working closely with Account Managers, manufacturers, and ITI partners, you will play a key role in developing your territory. Through your consultative approach and understanding of your clients’ needs, you will contribute to their success while actively supporting ITI’s growth. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within your territory to drive sales growth; 
  • Advising clients on product selection and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or videoconference; 
  • Collaborating with distributors and manufacturers to recommend the best solutions while securing the most favorable commercial conditions; 
  • Preparing quotations, submitting them to clients, and ensuring proper follow-up; 
  • Conducting research related to products, pricing, delivery timelines, discounts, and other relevant information; 
  • Managing multiple opportunities, client requests, and follow-ups simultaneously while meeting priorities and deadlines; 
  • Registering opportunities with ITI’s manufacturing partners; 
  • Participating in mandatory training sessions to stay informed about evolving IT market trends; 
  • Handling complex situations and customer complaints with professionalism and a proactive mindset; 
  • Working closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business opportunities.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT sales role; 
  • Experience preparing and managing complex quotations, along with a strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and standing offers (CAG), is considered a significant asset; 
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and the ability to stay current with emerging technologies and market trends in order to better advise clients; 
  • Experience using a CRM platform (an asset); 
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and an intermediate level of English to collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders, clients, and manufacturers; 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
