ITI is looking for a Technology Strategy Advisor who is passionate about business challenges and emerging technologies. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will act as a strategic advisor to executive leaders, helping them navigate business decisions, technology investments, and transformation initiatives. You will contribute to defining strategic directions, evaluating available options, and recommending the most impactful paths forward for the organization.
Reporting to the Consulting Services leadership team, you will work with organizations across a variety of industries on high-value strategic mandates.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leaders by providing guidance on technology strategies that support business objectives;
- Understanding clients’ business goals and analyzing their technology environments;
- Developing IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and digital master plans;
- Conducting organizational, digital, and technology maturity assessments;
- Advising executives on technology opportunities, risks, and investments;
- Participating in the prioritization of initiatives and the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses;
- Designing or optimizing IT, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence governance frameworks;
- Supporting organizations in their digital transformation initiatives;
- Advising on enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and the modernization of applications and infrastructure;
- Facilitating strategic workshops and presenting recommendations to executive leadership;
- Supporting change adoption and the integration of new technologies;
- Contributing to the development of new service offerings and supporting business development activities.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, digital transformation, or management consulting;
- Experience in consulting, strategic advisory services, or organizational transformation;
- Experience developing IT strategies, technology roadmaps, or digital master plans;
- Significant experience advising senior leaders and executive teams;
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops and presenting recommendations to executives or steering committees;
- Certifications such as CISSP, COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, CISM, CGEIT, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or FinOps Foundation are considered assets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Advanced English proficiency is required to interact with English-speaking clients located in Ontario;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to support occasional travel to client sites.
