Jean-Philippe is constantly coming up with new ideas, so it’s no coincidence that he leads our transformation and innovation projects. At ITI, he finds fertile ground to create and surpass himself, collaborating with people who are just as passionate as him.
What matters most is not what led me to ITI after earning my MBA, but what convinced me to stay. ITI gave me the opportunity to grow professionally. I was given the ability to develop my career and step out of my comfort zone. ITI provided responsibilities I wouldn’t necessarily have had in other situations.
At ITI, I can propose ideas, carry them out and have a measurable impact on the company’s growth. We’re not just playing a role, we’re shaping the future.
I really like challenges, the unexpected, and complex projects that require lots of effort. Working in the information technology field allows me to hone my skills and find innovative solutions.
On a personal level, I’m always up for a challenge. I’m a cyclist and runner, but my passion is my family. Working at ITI allows me to strike a healthy balance between the time I spend with them and with my work. That was the case before, but it’s especially so now that we’re working in hybrid mode.
During the pandemic, we decided to make all of our teams fully functional remotely, thanks to effective collaboration tools. ITI is an excellent example of a hybrid work model for our clients that are beginning their digital transformation, and it’s really had a positive impact on our lives and work-life balance!

First off, my team! I’m lucky to work towards a common goal with very skilled people, and that’s incredibly motivating.
Another aspect that’s important to me is helping our clients with their digital transformation. Information technology is now at the heart of their operations. It’s strategic and one of the main obstacles for many organizations, but it’s also essential to their success. At ITI, I work with people who are passionate about finding strategies for business challenges, and it’s really inspiring!
