At ITI since 2018, Jonathan’s vision of IT has a lot in common with his passion for sports: by working together as a team, we can accomplish great things as long as we commit to a common goal.

What is your proudest achievement?

I’m very happy with ITI’s development and the growth of our teams. I’m proud of all the people who take on responsibilities, who overcome challenges, who flourish and thrive at our company. When I was younger, I spent a lot of time coaching a variety of sports. I enjoyed helping athletes achieve their full potential, and that’s also what I try to do at ITI. It’s teamwork, and it allows us to accomplish great things.

On a personal level, my children and my spouse are the most important things in my life. Watching my kids grow, develop and become good people makes me incredibly proud.

What’s the biggest challenge you face on a daily basis?

For me, the biggest challenge is to continue to inspire our teams with our vision and purpose. We have to renew ourselves constantly and gather feedback from our clients, partners and teams, all while maintaining an adequate degree of proximity with everyone.

With multifunctional teams that each face different realities and challenges, we also have to keep everyone inspired and working towards the same goal. And that’s even more important now that we’re working remotely. Rather than seeing it as a finality, we took the opportunity to develop a hybrid culture that allows us to maintain our human dimension, even remotely.

Which of ITI’s four values represent you best ?

Commitment. It’s a value that’s not focused on business objectives, but rather the efforts made to achieve a goal. Whether it’s in business, sports, music, or personal relationships, your level of commitment always makes the difference. It’s also the reason for ITI’s success.

I strongly identify with this value. If I commit to someone, I won’t let them down. It’s true on a personal level, with my friends and loved ones, and in professional situations, with my colleagues, our clients and our partners.

Where do you see ITI in 2027?

We’re all working to build ITI’s reputation for expertise and to create a strong presence across Canada. Information technology now plays a central role in business models. ITI has already demonstrated a mastery for numerous technologies. I want us to continue growing, to take part in more major projects and increase our relevance in a rapidly changing market.

Our experience, the quality of the talent on our team, and our ability to make IT more accessible are all factors that make us stand out from the competition. We’re made up of experienced professionals who have a very clear understanding of the reality companies face, whatever their environment. This understanding positions us as a partner of choice to achieve any digital transformation.

We’re here to simplify technologies. But beyond technical questions, we advise decision-makers and guide them to achieve their business objectives.
