Democratizing remote learning
The COVID-19 health crisis and lockdowns disrupted post-secondary education in Quebec.
Videoconferencing was not suitable for complex technology-based programs such as civil engineering, diagnostic radiology, and nuclear medicine.
In collaboration with ITI, 12 of the province’s CEGEPs (technical colleges) turned the situation into an opportunity to adopt virtualization technologies that would benefit students even after the pandemic.
