ITI is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to coordinate and manage communications related to the ITI Foundation and the internal intranet. In this role, you will oversee social media publications and engage with the online community. Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Advisor, you will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote ITI’s products and services. You will also participate in special projects and strategic initiatives, such as ESG activities, public relations, and internal and external events. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the marketing team.

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with the marketing team you will be responsible for:   

  • Coordinating communications and content related to the ITI Foundation and actively contributing to the project committee;
  • Managing, integrating, and regularly updating content on the HUB, participating in the committee, and supporting all logistics associated with the HUB;
  • Publishing content on social media platforms and acting as a mediator with individuals engaging with the brand;
  • Supporting the senior marketing advisor in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote the organization’s products and services;
  • Actively contributing to special projects and related tasks connected to the company’s communications and marketing activities (ESG initiatives, contests, public relations, thought leadership activities, HR and marketing events, etc.).

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Degree in administration, communications, marketing, or a related field;
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in content management, project coordination in communications or marketing, or a similar role;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience with social media and content management platforms is an asset;
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written. (English proficiency will enable the department to collaborate effectively with anglophone employees and stakeholders, particularly in Ontario).
