ITI is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to play a key role in its marketing initiatives, as part of a 16-month maternity leave replacement. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for promoting the ITI brand across our social media platforms, our intranet (HUB), and communications related to the ITI Foundation. 

Working closely with the marketing advisors, you will actively contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns to promote ITI’s products and services, while also participating in a variety of strategic projects (ESG, public relations, events, etc.).  

Whether you are early in your career or more experienced, we are open to a range of profiles, depending on your background and ability to take ownership of the role. 

This mandate represents a great opportunity to quickly contribute to meaningful projects and make a real impact within a dynamic marketing team. 

You will report to the Vice President, Marketing and Partnerships, and work closely with the marketing team. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Coordinating communications and content related to the ITI Foundation; 
  • Managing, integrating, and regularly updating content on the HUB, participating in the committee, and supporting related logistics; 
  • Acting as the lead for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram); 
  • Supporting senior marketing advisors in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners to promote ITI’s products and services; 
  • Contributing to various marketing and communications initiatives (ESG, contests, public relations, HR events, etc.).

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; 
  • Professional experience in an agency or corporate B2B marketing environment; 
  • Strong writing skills in both French and English, with a high level of comfort in content creation and editing; 
  • Proficiency with key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), with a strong interest in LinkedIn; 
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing levers, including Google Ads, SEO, and GEO; 
  • Comfort using design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar platforms (e.g., Canva, Veed); 
  • Basic web content integration skills (website, intranet) — considered an asset; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
