ITI is seeking an Account Manager for a permanent, full-time position to join our Federal Government Sales team. 

Your role will be to develop sales opportunities for ITI’s full range of products and services for existing and developing customers in the Federal public sector. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Represent ITI’s full range of solutions and services in a designated territory; 
  • Ensure coverage of assigned territory and develop new accounts; 
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with Canadian Federal government accounts; 
  • Keep a regular cadence of face to face meetings with key contacts within Federal gov accounts.  
  • Align sales strategy to address government initiatives and goals; 
  • Build and maintain business relationships with key customer executives; 
  • Collaborate and work as a team with various internal and external resources; 
  • Prepare and present customer presentations; 
  • Document activities and provide an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast in internal CRM.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 5 + years of experience in a similar IT position; 
  • 5 + years of sales experience within the Federal government sector; 
  • Solid understanding of territory plans, and priorities, organisational charts; 
  • Skills in client information management pipeline growth, forecasting skills; 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English. Verbal and written communications in French is an asset;
  • Must hold an active Government of Canada security clearance (reliability or secret level) or be eligible to obtain one.
  • Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
