Vice-President — Solutions and Technologies
At ITI since 2011, Stéphane is curious by nature. Passionate about IT, he loves the technical side of solutions, but believes above all that technologies must serve humans.
Ever since I was little, I’ve tried to understand how things work—what’s behind the TV screen, inside a radio, or even how a vacuum functions.
These days, technology is everywhere. Working in IT allows me to not only better understand technology, but also to improve and develop the infrastructure around us.
Working in IT allows me to not only better understand technology, but also to improve and develop the infrastructure around us.
I’d say that ITI offers opportunities to develop your career in technologies, in a deeply human setting where everyone’s ideas and innovations are welcome.
Despite our growth and ambitions, the atmosphere is very friendly, we’re like a big family. People aren’t numbers, and we call everyone by their first name! So, when we say that ITI is founded on human intelligence, it’s not just a slogan. We live and work by that promise. Every day.
Humans play a central role. They’re the focus of our work. Ultimately, technology must contribute to making our society better and improving how we do things.
I don’t believe that technologies and robots will replace humans in the future. On the contrary. Technology is a tool that benefits us all. IT helps us make advancements in healthcare, increase crop yields, democratize higher learning, and improve processes in many other fields. We do it for humans!
Ultimately, technology must contribute to making our society better and improving how we do things.
Professionally, I’m very proud of where I am and the work I’ve put into my career. I’ve been working in this field for 20 years and I’ve held several positions in a variety of companies, accomplishing some exceptional projects. I’ve grown a lot over the years thanks to my drive. On a personal level, the life that I’ve built with my partner and children is my greatest achievement. I’m a family person, and I believe that my values and empathy are also reflected in my work.
My team. Now that I lead several employees, I’ve had the chance to help others achieve their goals and develop their own careers. I want them to progress, innovate and grow. For me, it’s a wonderful opportunity to guide them and I adore the role I play. I also like that I’m continually learning new things, with them especially. I love innovation and keeping up with the latest trends.
