ITI is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a permanent, full-time position to join our Federal Government Sales team.

Your role as Senior Account Manager will be to develop sales opportunities for ITI’s full range of products and services to existing and developing customers in the Federal public sector.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

  • Manage ITI’s existing client base and perform business development for net new clients in an assigned territory;
  • Develop leads within assigned territory for new customers through various online resources ie: LinkedIn, GEDS (Government Electronic Directory), Zoominfo, etc.
  • Develop territory plans/organizational charts for assigned territory;
  • Master ITI solutions offerings and differentiators;
  • Accurately capture required client information in the CRM;
  • Maintain an up to date forecast and provide monthly & quarterly guidance;
  • Work effectively with internal and external resources in order to provide a full range of end-to-end IT solutions to the client base;
  • Attain sales and technical certifications to maximize the ability to drive solution sales across the account base;
  • Develop and improve ITI’s position in the Ottawa market through effective business development across Federal Public Sector, Crown Corps nationally;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

What we’re looking for


  • 10 + years of experience in a similar IT position;
  • 10 + years of sales experience within the Federal government sector;
  • Solid understanding of territory plans, and priorities, organisational charts;
  • Strong skills in client information management pipeline growth, and forecasting;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English. Verbal and written communications in French is an asset.
