ITI is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day operations. Your role will be to oversee quality control, planning and resource management for projects in the Quebec City area, with priority given to occupational health and safety. You will report to the General Manager, Service Operations.

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with members of the project office team, you will be responsible for:  

  • Contribute to the development of business relationships by building trust with customers, engineering firms and general contractors;
  • Coordinate the work of the project team, ensuring compliance with schedules and planned resources;
  • Ensure close follow-up with customers throughout the project’s progress;
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for project and service tenders;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Ensure project profitability;
  • Establish a project plan including scope of work and deliverables;
  • Supervise, train and mobilize the project team;
  • Implement best practices in occupational health and safety;
  • Conduct field follow-ups to validate compliance of work methods.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar supervisory role;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a high performance team;
  • Strong ability to establish long-term relationships with external customers;
  • Ability to understand and achieve project management objectives;
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in spoken and written French, with an intermediate level of English. (The addition of an English-speaking employee will enable the department to continue operating with English-only customers).
