ITI is looking for an IT Solutions Architect who will be responsible for identifying customer needs in order to define, design and propose innovative technological infrastructure solutions that are well adapted to their requirements. You will be required to make the best recommendations for the implementation of the various solutions proposed.

You will be in frequent contact with customers to analyze needs, identify possible solutions and propose appropriate service offerings. In doing so, you will work closely with customer Account Managers and technical specialists in networking and cybersecurity to propose innovative and scalable solutions to our customers’ needs (corporate and governmental). As part of a team of 10 IT Solution Architects, you will report to the VP Solutions and Technologies.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:   

• Identify customer needs and requirements, taking into account the evaluation of various possibilities in order to propose the best possible solution;
• Demonstrate your expertise in your field of competence by acting as a technical and strategic advisor to customers and sales department account managers;
• Participate in technology watch and the identification of market trends related to your field of expertise, and make recommendations in this regard to the team;
• Develop new expertise related to your field of competence, and actively participate in the achievement of training and technical certification objectives established with your superior;
• Ensure and maintain relations with ITI’s strategic suppliers in order to actively contribute and collaborate in the development of various service offerings and technological solutions.

What we’re looking for

Profile

• 5 years’ experience as a Technology Solutions Architect;
• Technical experience with complex technology solutions, specifically in the networking and cybersecurity technology niche;
• Extensive knowledge of wireless networking solutions;
• Extensive expertise with solutions ranges such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and HPE Aruba ;
• University degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field;
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English. (The addition of an English-speaking employee will enable the department to continue working with English-speaking employees and customers based in Ontario).
