How would you describe ITI to a new talent who wants to join the team?

I’d tell them about what attracted me to ITI: it’s a big company with the spirit and agility of a startup, run by young and energetic leaders in an atmosphere that feels like a family. We have big strategic goals, but we’re also motivated by innovative projects, and we encourage intrapreneurship.

What is your strongest quality as a manager?

People often tell me I’m a good communicator. I like to make things simple and effective. Collaborating with my team, I can take a vision and bring it to life through realistic steps.

I like to be part of the action. Combined with my analytical side, it allows me to act and make decisions that produce tangible results.

What inspired you to work in the IT field?

I have a DCS in Telecommunications, which is where I started my career. I climbed the ranks, and my path led me to ITI.

What appealed to me about ITI is the strength of the solutions portfolio available to customers. ITI isn’t a telephone systems supplier, nor is it an IT company that refuses to deal with phone solutions. We have a full range of services that allow us to support our clients from A to Z and provide additional products from our suppliers and partners, which wouldn’t be otherwise possible.

What is your proudest achievement?

I can name several professional achievements that I’m proud of. For instance, at one stage of my life, I moved to a new region and had to learn a new domain that I was unfamiliar with. I had the opportunity to work with fantastic people who pushed me further, I worked with leaders who trusted me, and I contributed to projects that helped me to develop my skills.

More recently, I have to underscore everything we’ve accomplished at ITI Connection. We’ve found excellent candidates to build a multidisciplinary team driven by a modern vision for the workplace. We are definitely well-positioned to achieve our business objectives, and I’m very proud of that.

Which of ITI’s four values represent you best?

They are all important in my eyes, but commitment is especially important to me. I think when you’re committed, everything else falls into place. Ultimately, we want to develop expertise, behave ethically and achieve excellence. It’s a good example to give to the people around us. Someone who really makes an effort and wants to get involved can learn and grow.
