A visionary lawyer and entrepreneur, Jean-François has spent more than 20 years making his mark leading companies and navigating complex legal landscapes.
At ITI, Jean-François manages the Resource Placement and Talent Acquisition departments in addition to being a corporate shareholder since 2018. ITI Resource Placement provides technological labour outsourcing and recruitment services to private and public companies in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada, notably in the education sectors.
An honours graduate from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Jean-François has distinguished himself throughout his legal career, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He’s a founding partner of DS Avocats, a law firm with offices in 26 cites across the world. Jean-François continues to be involved in developing the firm in Canada and internationally.
In addition to his management role at ITI and his legal practice, Jean-François serves on the boards of directors of Derichebourg Canada Inc. and Caudalie Canada Inc. He’s also devoted to philanthropic endeavours, serving as president of the board of directors for the CHU de Québec Foundation, whose mission is to provide financial support for the CHU de Québec-Université Laval, one of the country’s largest medical and research centres.
Jean-François’ career reflects his commitment to ethics, performance, determination and community service, making him a respected leader in the business and legal worlds.
