Vice-President — Transformation and Services

As a consultant, you have to show real empathy, a profound desire to understand the client’s business objectives and how they want to transform their company and workforce.

Jean-Philippe is innovation personified, both in his role as Vice-President of Transformation and Services at ITI, and in his vision of the business world.

Since 2012, he’s contributed to ITI’s growth, having occupied several key executive positions, such as Vice-President of Innovation, Director of Managed and Cloud Services, and Director of Marketing. His experience and expertise have enabled him to guide more than 300 clients through their digital transformations. Today, he supervises the digital transformation activities of ITI’s Canadian clients, leading a team of nearly 100 IT professionals, while also being an ITI shareholder.

Jean-Philippe has an MBA from Université Laval, a bachelor’s degree in administration from Université du Québec à Rimouski, and a certificate in digital business strategy from Sloan School of Management at MIT. Throughout his university career, he earned numerous prestigious awards, including the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal and Quebec MBA scholarship.

Thanks to his belief in the transformative potential of IT and the importance of building strong communities, Jean-Philippe is also President of the ITI Foundation, which strives to facilitate access to technology for young people in Quebec to support their education and stimulate their passion for IT. He also acts as a mentor and consultant for entrepreneurs starting new businesses in the digital sector. Jean-Philippe has also presided over and served on several other boards for foundations and business organizations, notably the Suicide Prevention Centre Foundation.
