Jonathan Legault

President

We’re here to simplify technologies. But beyond the technical questions, we advise the decision-makers and guide them through the realization of their business objectives.

For Jonathan, technologies drive a business’ competitiveness and are key to the success of every project. Jonathan and the growing ITI team advise clients from every sector with human-centric technological solutions.

In 2018, following a career in the banking industry, Jonathan made the move to invest and take over the leadership of ITI, known then as ProContact. In just a few years, Jonathan transformed the Quebec company with a solid business strategy and successful growth plan. In 2023, ITI was awarded the prestigious title of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, in addition to being included in the Financial Times’ ranking of the 500 fastest-growing companies.

With a degree in international management and business administration, Jonathan’s management style is based on agility. Under his direction, ITI has significantly increased its workforce and developed its offering across Canada, while keeping employees engaged throughout the transition. While ITI is one of the country’s largest IT suppliers, Jonathan believes relevance is more important than growth. He endeavours to make ITI a true partner in its clients’ technological transformations.

Jonathan knows that IT is an essential driver for success, in business and in school, which is why he helped to create the ITI Foundation: to improve access to technology for children in Quebec, and he continues to be invested personally.
