Marie-Gaëlle perfectly embodies ITI’s vision: humanizing IT by putting people first.
Since 2022, Marie-Gaëlle has contributed to ITI’s development, implementing human resources strategies that are both innovative and inclusive. Along with her team, she’s endeavoured to make ITI an employer of choice. While the ITI team has grown exponentially in recent years, employing a staff from coast to coast, Marie-Gaëlle and her team strive to create an employee experience and corporate culture that reflect ITI’s vision.
Prior to joining ITI, Marie-Gaëlle worked in retail for nearly 10 years with Avril Supermarché Santé. Under her HR leadership, Avril grew from 130 to over 1,000 employees.
Marie-Gaëlle holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université de Montréal. She’s a certified industrial relations counsellor (CIRC) and is trained in human capital coaching and development.
