Steve Morin

Senior Vice-President, Finances and Operations

Understanding a client’s situation and translating their objectives into technological solutions is a profoundly human process.

While he’s known as a pragmatic manager, Steve believes that in both finance and IT, human intelligence and a true understanding of needs allows us to achieve the best results.

Steve is part of a group of shareholders who acquired ITI (then known as ProContact) in 2018. Having worked for several years in the banking industry, Steve is now invested in ITI’s growth, guiding the financial and operational decisions to develop the company’s management and governance practices.

ITI has acquired several companies over the past few years, with Steve and his team playing a central role by integrating their operations and managing the changes. Today, with offices across Canada and more than 500 employees, Steve and his team work diligently to implement effective processes, systems and work tools to support ITI’s growth and ensure business continuity. As a sign of the company’s maturity, ITI has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies since 2023, and the Financial Times has ranked it among the 500 fastest-growing companies since 2021.

Steve holds a master’s degree in finance from Université de Sherbrooke. Over his career, he’s volunteered his time and expertise with the next generation of entrepreneurs as a mentor for JA Québec, introducing high schoolers to the business world.
